We exist because the journey to love, marriage, and legacy is layered. It’s not just about finding “the one."It’s about becoming the one. It’s about healing the parts of you no one clapped for. It’s about building your calling and honoring your covenant.It’s about saying “I do” to God, before anyone else.

The Journey 2 “I Do” Magazine was created as more than a publication, it was created as a bridge.
A bridge between preparation and partnership.
Between process and promise. Between the faith it takes to wait and the courage it takes to become.
As the founder of The Journey 2 “I Do”, my heart was burdened with a need to create a space that reflected not just the beauty of a wedding day, but the reality of the journey that leads there and the life that comes after it. This magazine was born to bridge the space between Dear Future Husband and Wife and The Wedded Lifestyle because the two are deeply connected. One is the preparation; the other is the manifestation.
My own story has been far from easy. I’ve walked through heartbreak, healing, purpose, reinvention, and spiritual refinement. I had to confront the areas in me that needed growth, not just for love, but for legacy. I realized I couldn’t just pray for a God-ordained marriage, I had to become the kind of woman who was ready for journey and all that it entails. And in that becoming, I saw that I wasn’t alone.

There are wives in waiting and husbands in the making, individuals who are young fly and saved, creative, bold, faith-driven, purpose-filled—doing the work, showing up, and believing God for something real. Something lasting. Something impactful.
So I created this magazine for us.
